The Seven Masters of Quanzhen were the seven students of Central Divinity Wang Chongyang.

Seven Masters[]

The seven masters were the second generation of the Quanzhen sect. All seven were students of Wang Chongyang. The seven masters were:

Ma Yu

Tan Chuduan

Liu Chuxuan

Qiu Chuji

Wang Chuyi

Hao Datong

Sun Bu'er

Martial Arts[]

The seven masters all had a strong internal power base that was above average during their era. This was due to the Quanzhen Internal Cultivation techniques, which had no limits and would even increase during your sleep. The seven masters knew most of the Quanzhen arts such as the Quanzhen palm styles and sword techniques.

Their best skill however was The Big Dipper Formation. When used by the seven masters, the formation was powerful enough to eventually subdue even a Great-level fighter.

Disciples[]

While the seven masters were all very capable martial artists, there weren't too many prominent fighters to come out of their disciples.

Yang Kang was the student of Qiu Chuji, he is seen by most as being the most talented and gifted of the official third generation Quanzhen disciples.

Zhao Zhijing was the disciple of Wang Chuyi, he was the strongest fighter of his generation in The Return of the Condor Heroes and also a traitor to the Quanzhen sect.

Yin Zhiping was the disciple of Qiu Chuji and the strongest of the third generation in The Legend of the Condor Heroes, his martial arts ability would fall behind later on however, due to his focus on Taoist enlightenment rather than martial arts.

Guo Jing was an unofficial disciple of the Quanzhen sect, having learned Quanzhen's internal cultivation techniques from Ma Yu for two years, and later also receive instruction from Wang Chuyi. He would however, later become one of the strongest fighters of his generation due to his mastery of the Jiu Yin Zhen Jing and the 18 Dragon Subduing Palms.
